How long does delivery take?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. See our refund policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away with your order number and a photo, so we can make it right.

How do I choose a pet water fountain?

How often should I change the filter?

How often should I clean the fountain?

Clean the bowl, reservoir and accessible pump parts regularly and refill with fresh water. Always unplug or switch off the fountain before cleaning and follow its supplied instructions.

Why is my fountain making noise?

A humming or gurgling sound can occur when the water level is low or the pump needs cleaning. Check the water level and clean the pump according to the product instructions.

Which filters fit my fountain?

Filter compatibility is not universal. Compare filter shape and dimensions with your existing filter and fountain listing. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

What should I look for in a dog car seat cover or hammock?

Will a seat extender or hammock fit my car?

Measure your back-seat width and the depth from the rear seat toward the front seats, then compare those measurements with the relevant product page. Contact us if you need help checking fit.

Does a seat cover replace a restraint?

No. Seat covers, hammocks, cushions and extenders are comfort or upholstery-protection products unless specifically certified otherwise. Use an appropriate vehicle-compatible pet restraint or secured carrier and follow applicable safety requirements.

How do I choose the right pet bed size?

Are all pet beds waterproof?

No. Product materials differ. Some beds are water-resistant, some are designed for outdoor use, and others are soft indoor beds. Check the wording and care information on the individual product page rather than assuming full waterproofing.
